SOLVED Poor memmory timing on A7M266

I just got this mobo with 256mb crucial pc2100 and a 1ghz Avia Tbird. My memmory scores in Sisoft 2001se are horrible. At 100mhz they are 410/510 and at 133 they are 490/590. These are no where near where they are supposed to be. The only adjustment I see is the latencys which are all set at 2. Anybody have any ideas????

I am using bios 1003 and even tried the latest 1004beta and no difference.
