have an INTEL CPU
a HARD DRIVE

hmmmm
having your game system cruchin numbers?

That is a interesting concept. I was thinking about getting a Xbox when they come out. It would be funny to use it for SETI@Home but if its possible I would try it.

Users will be overclocking the Xbox for sure, since it has an Intel Penitum III 733 FCPGA

but running Seti would be interesting, i would love to see someone try :)

It would be interesting to see what kind of efficiency it would have at crunching WU's. If anyone tries it - post the results. When they come out they are only suppose to cost about 299.00, and if they get good numbers on crunching - could setup a nice little Seti farm cheaper than buying dedicated PC's.
