Possotive or Negative Pressure?

First off, which one means which? I know it has something to do with wether more air is going in or out, but which way round is it. Secondly, which gives the best performance, and I ain't woried about dust, that can be cleaned

posative pressure is where you have more air going in than out, negative pressure is where there is more air blowing out than in. you dont want too much + or - pressure, about = or slightly + is best.

Every setup is different so experiment with both.
Positive produces a lot less dust though. Beleive me I was runnng negative!

But the best is an equal pressure, you get the best uninteruptable cooling that way.
