I have an old AT power supply that says it will put out 10 amps ant 12 volts. Is this ok for a peltier? Or is it better to run it at 15 volts? I have a radio shack peltier that is rated 8.5 amps at 15 volts. How much cooling will i get? 120 watts? less?

The power supply will work very well for the pelt if you are only running it on the pelt, which means you'll be running 2 power supplies. The 12 volt will do just fine. This will work, just don't for get to turn on the pelt power supply when you fire up the computer :0
