i use Asus Probe to monitor my temps and i set all my fans to the 2200 rpm as slowest they can go without warning me
(2200 is also the min you can choose)
but the fan on my powersupply is under 2200rpm
its an ATX 350wt
should i be worried about this?

Not sure about the PSU fan speed. But my PSU fan runs at only 2700 rpm or there about, compared to my case fans at 3500 rpm. If it doesnt overheat you should be ok.
