PowerColor Ati Radeon 9800 Pro 128

hi i have some quastions.....for the first i got an PowerColor ATI Radeon 9800 Pro 128mb DDR...and it´s good but i got smal points in 3Dmarks 03....only 5570 not Oc and i use to have Omegadriver the latest one and when i use Core 411 and Memory 365 i only get 5980points and if i put higher ocing i got artifacts ....that sux and i got Samsung memorys....my spec is AMD Athlon XP 2800+ Asus A7N8X Deluxe Gold and 2x256mb Naya Ram at pc2700 (333mhz) thats what i use and got thoes low points :S really strange....really need help to get better Preformance and much better points...with the Stock cooler....

That's not a bad score at all actually. I get about 5300 on my 9700np (see sig). If you can't clock it any higher, then you're simply not going to get much higher scores. You can get a few more points by setting all your texture and mip-map levels to max. performance.

You can probably clock your core higher by putting some better cooling on there. Here's a link to the cooler in my sig, got me 33 more mhz core. http://www.svc.com/arcovgasilsu.html It's pretty easy to install, all you need are a screwdriver, pliers, and some decent thermal goop. Takes 30 mins - 1 hour max.

He should be getting a LOT better scores than that on a 9800 Pro.

My softmodded 9500 gets 5k in 2k3.
