just stay away from Powercolor, and you will be fine. They are virtually all the same card, so go with whats cheaper.

well Powerd are the same as built just Powerd ones used different kinds of Ram on there cards. And that will be your overclock limits if you wish to get at Powerd a Hercules or a Tyan are both great cards are all good just stay away from Powercolor ones but you really cant go wrong with a Built by ATI one.

Pretty much no difference, just take whichever card has the best memory. Retail ATi cards usually come with a bit more software though.

Powercolor is a board partner which has historically used poor memory with their cards. Apparently they have the best 9800 Pro though, clocked at 390/380.
