I think the H80i comes with Thermal Compound pre-applied. Is it any good? Or should I scrape it off and use something else? I have a tube of Arctic Silver 5 at home I think, but if the difference is 1-3 C°, I may just leave it be for the sake of tearing my closet apart to find the AS-5.

Pre applied thermal compound are generaly ok, they're ceramic base, silver base thermal compound are much better.
But if you're too lazy(like me) then you can leave the pre applied thermal compound on, your CPU may run 1c to 2c hotter but it still ok
