I have 2 identical systems and on one the comp the computer shuts down and turns off it off and on the other it shuts down and sits at the " it is now safe to turn off the computer" screen .
Is there a way to get the second machine to turn off?

Thanks.

Are they definately identical? Looks like one is ATX (turns itself off) and one is AT (doesn't :D).

If they are identical, looks like XP hasn't seen that one is ATX. You miught need to enable ACPI in the BIOS for the system to power on and off itself.
