The o/c is too high on your cpu or vid card. That's what's causing your problems.
It's happened to me before when I tried to push my o/c way past it's limit.
might want to try reinstalling 3DMark also. When it crashes, it stands a better than even chance of going corrupt. Happens on mine all the time! Not quite sure why this happens, but a quick reinstall has always solved it for me. I would try maxima88's idea first, and if that doesn't help see if my advice does any good
