I have Asus A7N8X mb tbred 1700 B,mushkin 3200 ram,maxtor 40gb 7200rpm hd,8 cooling fans and a 350 watt power supply.
I run prime 95 it runs for about 30 min and the pc shuts down but it sounds like the fans slow down right before this. Is it that I dont have enough power or what Thanks

if the fans slows down then it most likely your PSU...

how are the reading on your rails?
what brand PSU are you using?

rail = voltage lines ie. +12 / -12 / +5 / -5 (methinks :D )

you can check them on your BIOS...
or download MBM5 for voltage readings...
if you have a multi-meter then your can check one of the molex connectors for the 12 and 5 volt line...
