I have voltmodded my MB, I have done the pin7 mod (used a 100kohm pot) and pin10 mod (50kohm pot)
But when i go over 2.15 v my computer reboots

Without pin10 mod the same happen at 2.09v

any help?

Sounds like you've just hit as high as your motherboard would like to go with that voltage. 2.15volts is an incredible amount really. If you can't get your overclock with that, then you reached your limit I would think. But thats just my 2¢

And by the way...Welcome to the forums, and thanks for finding the right forum for this question. Good call. :D

What you are experiencing is perfectly normal in my book I have to 2 KT7A-R Volt Mod to pin 7 on the HIP6301 and mine kicks out and 2.12 vcore.

Pin 10 is suppose to be the overvolt protection mod so if that was set properly it should be able to let you get 2.3V or so. A few things to consider;

1. Heat
2. PSU stability, Capacity/Quality of current
3. Pin 10 pot rating
