Problems with XP1700 and 11x multiplier

Well, I have this weird problem with my setup and XP1700+'s. They will BSOD when loading Windows. I have tried two 1700's, and both chips did this. I know these chips aren't faulty as they ran fine in other computers.

Also, I have an unlocked XP1600 that does all multipliers except 11x. I know I haven't botched the unlock as this chip runs with an 11x multiplier fine in another computer.

Any suggestions as to what the problem may be? Cheers.
