It's like "Breaking in" a cpu.

Generally it involves upping the vcore to the highest level your comfy with then running a burn in program, such as p95 (also used to test stability)

how does it aid overclocking?? usually i run sandra tests, then 3dmarks and as last check i usually just play counterstrike or something for a couple hours and if it crashes then i bump the fsb down one. how does burn-in help increase overclocking potential like i've seen people say?
