Toast is a program that is used to "break in" a CPU by running it at full load for exstended periods of time. I personaly have seen no evedence that suports this idea of "burning in" but there are manny strong believers.
 
to clear up some misunderstanding

i saw a post in cooling, with a image of a desktop, running mbm5 and setispy and then a program called toast. so i posted under than topic, and i got no answer so i asked again. i asked in cooling what it was, because thats where it was talked about.

Hmm...and here I thought he was referring to Video Toaster. Oh well, I cant always be right...
