Program: Mass Images Resizing

Question
Does anyone know a program that allows me to resize a lot of pictures all together?

Situation
(I don't need to upload 200 photos that are 2MB each on to the net. Resizing would surely cut down the upload time.)

ACDSee has a nice resize feature that will work with groups of files. It is a nice photo management and viewing application to have. http://www.acdsystems.com/English/Products/ACDSee/index.htm

If you have access to Adobe Photoshop, it will allow you to create an action and resize many pics with one command.
