And last but not least here is a close up of all the temp readings while it's running.

The only thing I'm waiting on is the new MB and Video Card. I found both with black PCB so it should look better in the case. Then on with the sides and a little wire maintenance:) and it's done.

Stay chilly

Mad scientist lab!! Me like!! Now all you need is one of those sparking globe things to complete the atmosphere. Muahahha

Seriously, your temps dropped about 8C from the initial set-up if I am reading this thread correctly. What made the differerence? The Deltas? And are they extremely annoyingly loud, or what voltage do you run them at?

-My wife thinks I'm crazy, but basically she leaves me alone when I'm in there working on stuff.

-It is definately the Delta 80cfm. I run it at the full 12 volts with a rheostat to tone it down. I was using a 40cfm Sunon but at full power I could barely feel it coming out the top. The Delta at half voltage still puts more out the top than the Sunon at full. I think it has something to due with the Deltas make up. With any kinda of back pressure the Sunon faded and withered. The Delta has no such problems.

Stay Chilly,

Hmm, do you know where I can go for some plexiglass? Like a big retailer? Because I don't usually look out for plexiglass suppliers on my way to <insert place here>.

Home Depot I know has plexiglass and Lowes has acrylic. I'm not sure if they each sell both or not, but hey... they're basically the same thing! :)

the usual and and only way I have seen bong fans is like it is used here: blowing in. That way you have water and air in countercurrent: that makes for better heat and moisture exchange between air and water.

. . .    As far as the radiator it's kind of a non factor at the moment. I have it bypassed to get baseline temps   . . .

At first I supposed you had taken out the radiator; i see you didn't. If you remove it probably you won't need such a powerful fan or you could lower your temps a couple degrees more.
