Hi Benny welcome to the forums.

I have been interested in using that aluminum profile for some projects so I will be interested in seeing what you do with it and how you like it.

Wanted to ask what your plan is for internal case wire management and are you planning on offsetting the mobo treaty so you can route wires behind it.

While talking about wiring. How do you plan to manage the external woes like the keyboard, mouse, etc.

Based of the dual reservoirs and pumps I'm assuming you are planning to do dual loops. If you are just doing it for looks I understand. Otherwise have you considered a single loop as they are easier to manage.

Enough from me for now, looks like this will be a good project and will definitely be watching.

Cheers

Sub'd!

I originally wanted to use extruded aluminum (80/20) but found it was expensive and that 1" poplar square dowel is just as good :)
Can't wait to see how this turns out!

Thank you both!

For now the profiles are very good, really stable this will give the Case the right stability. so you dont have to worry that everything collapses if a butterfly lands on it ;D
The only thing, the slot stones are very tricky. As you can see i have two different versions of them. Some with support strips and the others without.
i recommend the ones with the strip.

Tomorrow i will add some pictures of the frame.

Wire management:

first of all i will sleeve my cables with paracord.
The Motherboardtray has 6 cm space behind, so i will hide them there.

For the external wires there is a hole (you can see it in the sketch - there is a rectangle right above the MB) and then trough the back of the case.
So you dont have any problems on which side your pc stands.
i am thinking about making a Cover but how i will see when i get there.
Any Suggestions?

Yep planning to make dual loop. only for aesthetics =)
I want to use two different coolants. (red transparent and clear)
Yeah a sinlge loop is easier to manage and of course a little cheaper.

@ Silver_Pharaoh
Yep, first i wanted to use another profile anodized black (makerbeam) this has only 10mm x 10mm.
i mean i could have used that but i think my profile on this dimensions is a little better when it comes to stability. (i think ;D i never had that makerbeam in my hands)
And its a bit more expensive than the profiles i use.
I found a company which cuts the profile to the length you wish.

Third one down on the left in the first picture. May just be the picture or my monitor, but it looks like copper to me.

That's looking really good benny!
That case will look sweet with some LEDs inside. It'll look good with the dark plexiglass.

That rubber looks familar too.....

Thank you!

yep i hope it will come out as i imagined it.
If the lights and the pc are off u cant barely see something whats in it.
Then if you turn the pc on u can see the individual illuminated components through the glass but not all of it.
And then you can turn on the leds to see all. (and its dimmable)

This is my imagination.
