Promise controller MSI 845PE MAX2?

Hi, does the promise raid controller on the MSI 845PE MAX2 board support single drives, or are you limited to arrays?

Hey Ronnie-welcome to the neighborhood!

You can set up single drives or a RAID array. By default, any drives you plug into these ports will appear as stand-alone drives. You need to go into the RAID BIOS to set them up as an array.

Single drive or double as long as it is the primary on each channel. But no more than two drive in the raid.
