I don't really know how to interpret this but I finally tested the 2 Promise raid cards. The TX2 (ata100) card scored:

The TX2000 (ata133) card scored:

The avg scores are not too far off, but look at the diff in Min and Max! To give you an idea I am running 2 D740X Maxtors (ata133, fluid bearings) in raid0 with .08% fragmentation. I also tested my BLANK but formatted IBM 40 GIG 120GXP, This sucker is FAST! I think it is probably because it is blank though, it has 0% fragmentation. The IBM scored:

This is using HDTach 2.61, Sandra sucks at benching drives.
