Prommy + P4 3.2 EE results

I have a P4 3.2 EE fully stable at 3991 ghz. My voltage is already at 1.600. Is it ok to raised the voltage to 1.65 for 24/7 operation not benchmarking only. My current settings are fully stable in prime 95, games etc.
