At my school a firewall was put up to block all of our streaming music, this made me mad

I am wondering if i can take an old computer and turn it into a proxy server and conect to the internet Via this server (which would be at my house) from school onto the internet and condense the traffic down to a single port into the computer i am using at school this would allow me to use streaming music again

...which would also get you into more trouble than you could ask for if found out.

That proxy is there for a reason. They block streaming media for a reason. You're just going to have to deal with it as we won't offer advice on how to break the rules of your school's network setup.
