PSU mods anyone ?

Each PSU is unique so mods are only possible in a case basis, what means one has to know more than some about electronics.

Hope you disagree and show me a mod to cure my +12V at 13.11V.

It's possible to build a voltage regulator for this, but it's still within tolerances(though at the top end). Unless the PS is very expensive, I'd either set alarms in a monitor and let it run or consider a replacement before taking the time and money to build a regulator.
