psu/processor problem?

Im not sure if you said your friend has a 560 or a 560ti....Either way, those are the FPS I would expect, yes.

Thats a plain jane 560. That sounds about right. That CPU needs overclocked to get better performance at that res and those settings.

He should be able to run on HIGH with no AA very well (30FPSish)

also his gpu got 2 6pin header and he connect 1 with 6pin another 1 5pin connector to the header of the gpu

There is no such thing as a 5 pin connector...

Maybe I wasnt clear. On LOW settings he is relying HEAVILY on that CPU which needs overclocked heavily to get the best performance. Not to mention this game runs best on a quad core. You can see by raising the settings he got better FPS, right (thats what you posted)?

So where are we now? What is the problem or question at this point?
