I have a PSU that varies its fan speed not only by temperature but also by the amount of the power draw. Does anybody know of other PSU brands that do this?

What brand is the one you have? Temperature and power draw are roughly proportional, so I doubt that many companies use both to control fan speed.

This is the Delta DPS-300BB from Directron. It's wierd in many ways but seems to be heavier duty than any other PSU I've seen. Maybe that's why Delta specifies its MTBF at 100% capacity rather than 70% as Antec does.
