I'm going to go against the grain of what just about everyone else will recommend, and say the OCZ ModXStream, simply because it's modular. After going from a non-modular PSU to a modular PSU, I could never go back. And besides, OCZ doesn't make bad PSUs, everyone reviewed on JG has gotten good reviews, and the reviews on other sites for that particular one are good. Corsair is just a fan favorite everywhere :)

I agree with Earthdog, you need a bit more headroom than the 450 watt psus. Also incase you ever decide on adding more harddrives or crossfire.

im kinda leaning towards the ocz 550 even though its probably like 500 watt unlike the corsair 550 which is probably more than 550. I may just wait a few more weeks and save some more money and get the corsair.

Say i got the ocz, it has two 12v rails @25A (one 8pin and one 4pin) would that be enough for the oc's? my mobo is an 8pin btw

Im sure the OCZ will be fine, its not a teir one unit per say, but its no Powmax. ;)
