Push/Push Fan Setup on a Reference GPU Cooler

Reference cooler GPU (i.e. NVIDIA):

- Has anyone ever tried mounting a fan to blow air into the intake fan on one of these before?
- My thought is that the extra static pressure would increase overall airflow for lower fan speeds (and lower noise).

Might be a crazy idea...but wondering if anybody had ever tried it?

I have used extra fans on an aftermarket GPU cooler to help lower temps. I don't know how much it would help a reference blower design but I imagine it may help.
