Hi all,

I am going to buy another waterblock upgrading from a dd maze2.

I am aiming at silence so I am wondering if putting this extra wb on the golden heatsinks of my enermax eg465p-ve with fan control will enable me to take out the two fans from the power supply.
That way, I would have only one fan running @ 7 volts on the rad (black ice prime).

Would that be good?

Thanks

That would be good but it might raise your system temps a bit since PSU's do get mighty hot. Oh yeah, be careful about fiddling around inside of the PSU.

watch out for live voltage on the heatsink. Some PS has live AC voltage on the HS.

I am trying to do this verything myself. It has been hard but lots of fun :). BTW I have a large enough pump and I am planning to split the WC lines one to CPU and the other to chipset, video, PS.

Good luck to you and post if you are sucessfull
