Q-tec 550W help!

Just got one of these, £29 ( about $35 or so ) it looks great, its not too loud, but the voltages I'm getting arn't too great, I was expecting something better, even though its a cheap PSU.

What I'd like to know is:

1. Is the 5V rail very low, or about average.
2. Can this PSU be tweaked to give better results, like sparkles can be.
3. What are the genral opinions on this PSU.

Voltages under load,

12V @ 12.16
5V @ 4.87
3.3V @ 3.60

1.85 Vcore, heavily clocked AMD.

The voltages look fine especially if it is under load. Actually your +5v is a bit higher than any of my systems. Regarding whether or not you can tweak the output, just open the thing up and look for adjustable pot's. I found two in one of my 300w psu's. One controlled 3.3v and I never figured out what the other one did.

I'd say the 5v is fine but low. My Antec won't budge from 4.97. You shouldn't have stability problems unless it dips below 4.8.
