Q6600 giving it some real voltage

Sorry for seemingly talking to myself but here's another update (this was mean't to be a log after all).

At 3.8ghz I can't get the system 100% in prime95. I've had it run for 2 hours and then give an error. Probably fine for running apps and games though. IntelBurnTest seems a bit strange as it will pass the 10 tests sometimes but the most I've had out of it is about 11.

I've tried so many different voltage settings. If anyone could give me any ideas it would be appreciated. Also I found out that my memory has 2.2v written on it (must be the early reaper HPC memory). I've been running it at 1.8/1.9 in the past! However changing this to 2.2v made no difference.

Also I have some confusion about my memory. I see in some reviews it says timings 5-5-5-18 but it automatically uses 5-5-5-15 from SPD. Should I try 18?
