Question About ???CPU???

Ok I was just looking through my basement and I found an old school computer... I pulled out the only thing that looked like a "CPU" but it has both Intel and AMD on it ? It has this writen on it...

Did they work as one company @ one time ?

For a while, way back when, AMD was licensed to build CPU's for Intel. Hence the various lawsuits/counterlawsuits over the 386.

It's a 10mhz 286 manufactured for Intel by AMD.
