Yeah, usually you get instability before you get damage as long as you progress your overclock in increments rather than starting with some wild voltage right off the bat.

Well all is fine. My Temperatures have seemed to now never go above 60, is this like a break-in period or what??? lol

Break in period? Some thermal pastes, most notably Arctic Silver, have a break in period such that temps improve over time for the first 200 hours of running time (so the company says, but I have found about a two degree drop over 48 hrs. and then nothing after that).
