what do AGOIA, AGKGA, and AGKFA mean?

These are the steppings - referring to when and where the CPU was made, and what batch they are from. It can be estimated from a stepping how good a CPU is likely to be at overclocking - for example many AXIA and AHYJA Thunderbirds overclocked brilliantly, whereas the ASHHA don't usually do very well.
