Question about the CM Cosmos S case

I have a question for owners of this case, or the original Cosmos:

Are the 4-in-3 modules the same used by the original CM Stacker?

I have 2 of these for my Stacker and since I was thinking of getting the Cosmos I would like to be able to reuse them.
