My home theater PC is a core 2 duo, 480GTX, 6GBmem (maybe 8GB soon)
Basically A free build from parts my friends and I had laying around. Upgrading to quad core will be coming soon, I hope, as that will be my biggest easiest gain.
This is hooked up to a view sonic pro8200 projector @ 1920x1080 and a dell 17" LCD 1280x1024. This was a great setup for music/movies, and basic games. I am starting to play games that are more taxing to the system.
A quick easy fix was disabling the secondary monitor( I usually have it set up to mirror). Well I am tired of going to settings to disable monitor every time I want to game.
Is there a quick key to disable monitor? Or better yet a setting in the nvidia software that will auto disable secondary monitor when games or movies are played?
