I just bought this kit from ModMyMods. I have a project I'm working on, and got a discount from the site owner.

I wanted to add in this coolant:

Will this work, and be safe/compatible with my flex tubing? And possibly PETG hard tubing for a later, upgraded build? It says it's safe for metals, but doesn't mention plastics. My reservoir is also plexi. I want the pearl effect, if possible. If you can think of a better brand, with compatibility with all component types (PETG, plastic, plexi, metals) and has also a purple metallic format like that, let me know.

This is a second coolant I'm looking at. Supposedly, PrimoChill Vue holds up better. I also don't want one that will kill my nickle plated cooling blocks.

My radiator is copper inside, so I SHOULD be safe.

Remember, this is my first ever liquid cooling build.

Hmmm, Copper rad & Nickle block...I dunno, hard to say. We try to stay away from mixing metals. If it was a copper block... Also colored fluids is really not the way to go, however certain fluids have come along way and may be safe to use. Me, personally, I would go with the Primochill Vue over the Mayhems.

I use copper, silver, brass and have seen others use nickel. All is fine as long as they're using a reputed premix fluid with all the bells and whistles and maintenance (drain/refill) is performed. Some folks who have gone the distilled water and silver route have ran into issues with EK's nickle and have been warned to stop using that combo.

As for color fluids, surprisingly I've been hearing good things about the PrimoChill Vue but still advise to steer away from colored fluids till it's longevity and non-negative effects has been proven.
