When I try to set the FSB in CPUFSB to either 150/100 or 150/150, it locks up the system.
But, I can boot to 150/150 in the BIOS just fine. It's a bit unstable, but it runs!!
Any other lower setting in CPUFSB works fine as well.

This seems to be backward of how I expected it to react. I have read lots of posts where people could get to 150 with CPUFSB but not with the bios.

Accoring to CPUCool, at 150 FSB, the PCI divider is 1/5. At 133 the divider is 1/4. When you try to change to 150 FSB using softwae after booting at 133, the software attempts to change the PCI divider while the computer is running. This does not work.

If you can boot at 150 using the OC BIOS but it is unstable, try slowing down your RAM settings or boosting your voltage with a little pencil action.

Thanks Mike, I forgot about the software changing the divisor. That explains that!!
Vcore is already at 1.85. In my case the instability is due to data read errors on the HDD. Haven't been able to correct that yet. Everything else seems to work fine at 150. I get the same problems no matter what the ram settings.

Thanks again for clearing that up.
:)

The same thing is happening to me. Everything seems to be fine running at 150, except HD data corruption. I'll just run at 138 and add another system with better OC capabilities later.
