Question on HSF

Soon im going to purchase a Thermalright SP-94. Would a Thermaltake Smartfan II be good to set on it? Oh and last, how do you install it? Would this be a good choice for good cooling?

This will be set on a P4 2.4c.

the tt sf II isnt exactly THE best fan but its still a really good fan, it has all the functions and all, plus u can tune it down whenever and it is attached to the hs using little clip dealies, ull figure it out when u see em, its pretty simple

and ya, also read all the stuff on thermalright's website
