I got the Abit KT7A-RAID, I am wondering if anyone knows if I can get this thing up and running without having to format the harddrive. I read somewhere that this can be done, but I cant remember how to do it. I dont want to format because my comp died and i didn't have a chance to backup anything and it also takes me about 9 hours to get everything loaded. So if it's at all possible I would like to avoid a format until I can back everything up. I was thinking of booting into safemode(so it wont try to load any new mobo drivers) and removing all of the hardware from the devive manager and the registry, after that just reload windows. I think it would just load all the new stuff for the new mobo right? Please help. Thanks, and wish me luck..
