question on refilling h20 system

How often do you guys with inline systems refill the water?

I ran my first in-line for 9 months without refilling...up until I bought a new case and 'migrated' the parts.

From what I have heard you don't need to refil them very much at all. The only reason you would need to refill them is with leakage.
