you guys are probably sick of this but:
ABIT BE-6 II or
ASUS P3B-F

for my celeron 667mhz....

the 200mhz be-6 II makes me salivate but I doubt I will even get past 105....On the other hand I have heard good things about the asus board.... what do you think?
btw, I can't find the specs for the be-6 II I saw them a while back but I just wanna review them.

does the 440BX have Integrated graphics?.....

Never heard of a 440bx with integrated graphics.
Even if they do make them I am sure it would be very poor.
Either board would be a good choice for your celeron.
Not really sure what specs you are looking for but here is the abit site and you can always download the manual for it and look thru it.

If you want an extremely stable mobo go with the Asus P3B-F. I am pleased with mine, but it should have come with more options. It has 66,75,83,100,103,105,110,112,115,120,124,133,140,150.

If you want to push the most out of your cpu, go with the BE6-II. 66,75,83-200 1mhz steps looks sweet to me. I wish I had that. I haven't had any experience with it but it does come with ATA 66(I think) and is one of the best bx boards I think.

Both boards I think are rated as one of the top 10 bx boards ever made.

go with the be6-II v2, it has ata66 and ata100 RAID on board, giving you the ability to run a total of 8 IDE devices... as if you would need to....
it also has the better FSB steps.

I own 2 of them myself and I would not give them up for anything, short of an unlocked p///.
