Questions...

I just have questions to ask so ill just spit them out one by one.

1)For RAID 0, do both the drives have to be Master and Slave, or can one be Primary, and the other Secondary??? Im on A7V133 mobo

2)For RAID 0, do both the drives HAVE to be the same size? Can i have one 20gb maxtor and another 40gb maxtor?

If you use a 20 and 40 you will only "see" two 20gigs so it is not really that bad.
