Well, I think I know the answer, but I'd like some confirmation...

When I fire up my rig and start any stress test, the temp goes to it's max temp after 5/10 sec, never mind how long the test lasts: after 6 hours, the max temp is still the same.

I believe that the delta ambient/water can't be improved and the only way to get better temps is to change the WB (and tim).

Am I right?

Your loop should take a while (30 mins or so) to be 'saturated'. Thats weird. A better WB, TIM, and fans could help lower temps a bit.

Thanks Joe,

Yes, it's kind of weird...
With a 23°C Ambient, with the specs in sig, the cores hit 44/45°C after 10 sec and stay there. Even if I start the stress test just after booting into windows.

WB, fans and Tim will wait for my next rig;)

It could be that your radiator is able to dissipate all of the heat from your processor at a water temperature delta of 2-3 degrees, in which case you might not notice any temperature increase after half an hour.

Why would you want to lower your temps if your cores are under 50 degrees anyway?

I don't really actually, but I was wondering what was the weak point in my loop.
