Quiet hard drives?

I'm looking into buying at least a 200Gig hard drive. I've got 3 Western digital drives, a 60gig 7200RPM, 80gig 7200RPM SE, and 120gig 7200RPM SE. My problem is that they are louder than my new watercooling, and I'm looking to make my system as silent as possible. Are there any hard drives that will be quieter than these western digitals? Thanks !

I have a seagate 120g sata drive... silent as a whisper..

Only time it makes more than a whisper is when files are fragmented... (which is never since I received a free copy of Diskeeper Professional).

My low-noise case fans make more noise.

It isn't slow, by any means, either.

Every Western Digital I have owned has crashed and burned, and has always been noisier than any fan (other than the Tornado) I've owned. They're fast, cheap... but the pricing on the Seagates right now are hard to pass up.

The PATA version is comparable to the SATA in terms of speed.. (nothing bursts higher than 133mbps anyway -- unless in RAID 0).

I've been looking into the 200Gig SATA seagate. Any other suggestions? I've never heard of the hitachi's, can anyone vouch for them? Or am I gonna end up with the seagate?

Hmm, last week I ordered a 200GB SATA WD and ever since I installed the drive it has been very silent.

I hear a big difference compared to my 120GB PATA Maxtor or more like I don't hear ;)
