quiet hsf

I'm looking for a hsf thats quiet but will be okay for a 1.2 or 1.4 tbird. It won't be for overclocking so I don't need anything heavy-duty. I would like to keep temps below 48 C full load. any suggestions?

I used to use a Vantec cck6035D, with a closed case its relatively quiet, and will get you great temps. It's only around $20-25 I think, and I have an extra one if you want to buy used
