what is the quietest 120mm fan avaliable?

Any fan set to 5v is silent, but some will only push about 5cfm at 5v. I personaly like the Aluminum 120mm evercool fan. At 12v its quiet and pushes 80cfm. At 7v its completly silent and pushes at least 40cfm. At 5v its also silent, but pushes 10-20cfm.
