R9800 getting replaced.Any chance of getting R360?

My Sapphire R9800Pro (sig) suddenly died (no overclock applied).
I'm getting it replaced by a new one, ordered from manufacturer.

Is there a chance of getting the R360 core now?
I've read ATI unify 1 core for both pro and XT, those not stable are made into Pros.

Funnily enough mine just died too for no apparrent reason on thursday /friday'ish.

I did have it overclocked slightly and volt modded GPU and MEM but nothing too hard
on here she just died the other day when i reapplied some fresh arctic silver 5

And i too have just ordered another 9800pro but this time im trying out the 256MB
one instead ...
