what do you guys think of the retail ati radeon 7500, i think its a good card for the money wich is a must due to uk prices.

Totally agree...
Had the card for a couple months. It runs every single game ive thrown at it. Even paired up with a somewhat slower processor, it runs all games @ 1024x768x32 smooth as a babies ***.
Another feature that rox is a S-video out @ 1024x768 to my HD tv.

have u tried serious sam 2 on it, i would b interested 2 c what fram rate you get on that or a similar demanding game

I like mine but I find that my Voodoo5-5500 AGP runs older games like Quake, Quake2, SiN, Half-life and Unreal a lot nicer.
