who would win??

Just curious, i am either gonan get (for soemoen else)

Prophet II MX ( or some other GF2 mx card)
or
a Radeon LE flashed to a started 32DDR??

could soemone help me with a choice?? i need to know relatively soon.

I'd go with the radeon, my radeon has done perfectly for me, it would take some convincing to get me to buy a different card.

The Radeon is much better than the MX, there's just no competition between the two. The Radeon is arguably as good as the GF2 GTS.

This isn't any NV propaganda now. ATI has had some driver problems, where as you can get new detonators almost weekly...
Radeon is more powerful, altough.

Everyone says this, but I've never had any problems with my Radeon card. I certainly DID have problems with the GF2 MX I had before it! Either way, I consider the fact that the Radeon is MUCH faster to be worth a few possible driver bugs. Also, ATI is now regularly releasing driver updates as well.

Either way, I'd either go with the Radeon LE or maybe get the Kyro II (3D Prophet 4500).

Radeon LE!! Im kind of excited about the Radeon 2 coming out later on this year. Probably in a years time ill actually be able to afford one.
I also hear a Radeon 3 or a two chip deal will be out in jan or so. Cool eh?
