Is the retail radon 64meg Ddr Vivo a better card than the oem version

Some oem's only come with 164 (or 166, i don't remember) Mhz default mem and core clock. The retails come with better memory that has 183Mhz default clock.

Yeah hes kinda right, the OEM's are clocked at 166MHz, and the Retails are 183Mhz, and some OEM's also dont come with a HSF, depending on where you buy it from. But I suggest the OEM, because just buy a really cheap socket7 HSF and like Radioshack, slap it on your OEM Radeon, and you could prolly get to 200MHz anyways :)

Well I bought the retail,,The difference in cost was like 3 dollars,,Also any one hve this card if so I would like opinions on it and tips on its ability to be overclocked THANKS

I bought the OEM version. Mines clocked at 166mhz. But Mine had a small HSF on it. I'm running at 191mhz with no probs though.

As far as tweaking the card. Go to www.rage3d.com. There you'll find anything you need to know about tweaking the Radeons along with lots of tweak progs.
